The process from start to finish was easy and relatively seamless. The person collecting my car (Andy) was friendly and very helpful, and guided me through the process of being paid and also helped with submission to DVLA. Money in my account before the vehicle was taken away. Would recommend.

However, car must be in pristine condition to get a top valuation

Transaction was straight forward
Could have been a bit friendly & very rushed to take keys and go
considering I was their last client - not saying all the best….

Luckily I checked the car once more as wallet & viz vest still in car - so should have said check car again before departure

Overall would recommend but will sell privately next time :- as could have achieved a better price but as we needed a quick sale, towards our other car was a good option

Andy confirmed the car met the details that I had supplied and waited until the Fund's were made to me. Payment was almost instant and in the bank within 15 minutes.
