Very easy to use phone and webpage based submission of vehicle details and photos. Higher and largely reliable quotations above what other traders and websites offered.

Good that they offer free home pickup service however I couldn't find a suitable time slot and made the decision to drive for an hour down to their regional center to drop it off. The evaluation staff was helpful and professional. Did a quick assessment and made some minor adjustments to the price due to damages he picked up and we settled on a new price. I had to catch a return train therefore I left the keys and documents and we shook on it with the promise that a further email will be sent to me regarding payment instructions.

Through the course of the day I got increasingly worried as the prophesied email failed to materialize. I emailed the officer whom I have been liaising previously with but did not get a reply. I then realised that I trustingly left my car and keys with a random guy and did not receive any invoice or physical form of acknowledgment or receipt. Did I fall victim to a sales scam?

I quickly called into their hotline and after a decently long discussion with the manager, it was claimed that they did send an email with the payment link earlier but met with an error and... decided to leave it at that.

Anyway eventually a new link was sent and the agreed upon payment transfered almost immediately.

Worked out in the end but almost gave me a heart attack!

Excellent service overall. Higher quote than other major car buying companies and they honored it in person. Mia was helpful in the initial call and comms. Steve Janman came to do the in person check and explained everything fully. He was also friendly and helpful. Again, the initial price was honored and the money was in my account within minutes. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
One area for improvement is having weekend availability though, there was no way of speaking to someone on a weekend.

Such a professional company. A sensible offer was made at the start of the process and honoured at the end. I was reluctant to take photos at the beginning but it’s so easy following the guidance. Lizzie made the initial contact, followed by Daisy who supported me throughout. Settling finance was simple and finally Brucy who collected the car, such a humorous guy. A brilliant and professional team who the boss should be proud of.

When selling my car, I was a bit worried because I couldn’t see reviews about selling and collecting cars.
I had the car on Motorway but by dealing directly with Bigmotoring I was offered higher price for my car.
Aaron came to collect my car, after taking few photos, I was offered the guaranteed price without any further negotiations since I provided all photos in advance.
Overall excellent experience.

Editing my review because after selling my car, I visited two of their site to buy my next car and I would not trust them due to their sales techniques to brainwash customers and providing non existing warranties. I have also found a Facebook group where there are too many terrible stories.

Would highly recommend Bigwantsyourcar, offered a considerably higher amount than other online sites and the process was simple.

The only thing that would have made this better would be the speed in which you receive your payment link after the driver has sent all the pictures over, I waited for 45 minutes before the payment link was sent and all I could think was surely once the price is agreed then why can’t it be instant? Luckily the driver (Barry) was great and easy to converse with.
