"Attitude, Bad customer service 👌🙌"

Very disappointed customer service received from this company.
Long story short.
DVLA advice against sharing your V5 documents ,,online,, prior selling your vehicle.
Could have been handled differently but unfortunately not very professional approach.
Giving someone business and being treated with attitude doesn't get many sales.

Really great experience. Was a bit dubious as not many reviews and a new company but after being messed around by carwow, I thought was worth giving it a go. Process straight forwards, they did say they would send email confirmation the day before collection which I didn't receive however customer service quick and easy to get through too. Good price compared to competitors, didn't play silly on collection. 100% recommend

Highly recommend if you want to sell your car , professional handling from start to finish , sent details and photos 3pm on Tuesday ,sold the following day and cash into bank account within 20 minutes from inspection

Great communication throughout the process. I was offered a fair price for my car which was refreshing, and I’d missed something on the description which only incurred a small deduction. The guy who came to collect the car was helpful and courteous. All in all a positive experience.

Steve came all the way from Kent and was brilliant. He called the night before to give a time window and also called on the morning. Steve was really polite and friendly.
