Spoke to a pleasant lady on the phone. I was 100% honest with the condition of my car. She offered me a fair price and told me that is what I would receive if I was totally honest. On the day of pickup they tried to knock me down £500 . I sent him very swiftly away.
I'm very disappointed with them ,as I know the car has been looked after well.

To be honest I thought it would be a scam. They had a very polite young man come and take it away. Money already in the bank before leaving. Very good and hassle free.

Mia made contact with me over the phone after I had done a online quote. Mia was very professional in her approach. Mia got me a figure for my vehicle after a few questions and pictures. I accepted the quote and we arranged pick up the following day.
The pick up was a lengthy process of pictures but the pick up driver Juvenal RIBEIRO explained everything he was doing and was very professional. My original quote was lowered by £100 due to a small dent.
Over all I would definitely use this company again and will pass information on to other people who are selling there car.
My car was given a quote and collected within 24 hours excellent service.
