Also, I pointed out to her BUT not when I did the deal that you got a brand new spare wheel and tyre which I had purchased. That is an EXTRA. So. Really, that should negate the £100 you deducted for a slightly damaged tyre?

From initial contact to collection and payment, everything went very smoothly ! Tilly in the office was very helpful and talked me through the process. They valued my car using online tool which I was happy with.
On collection day the collection driver gave the car a once over to confirm it's condition and then full payment was made within 20 minutes.
Note to potential sellers and those who gave poor reviews.
If your honest and upfront about your cars condition, you will be given a full and fair price for your car. If you are not then you don't deserve to sell your car !!!

Such an easy way to sell your car, valuation was fast and once my V5 docs were confirmed they picked the car up the next day! Sean was amazing and made the process painless in ensuring my car was taken car of, took some pics and confirmed the valuation for the car. All in all took about 30mins and then before I knew it the car was in the van and money in my account almost instantly. A great company to sell your car through!
