After three weeks of trying to sell my car I was pleased that a deal has now been done. Quick and easy way to sell the car. Process took days from getting a quote to the car being collected and funds instantly transferred into my account. Everything clearly explained and a nice experience from start to finish.

The customer service rep Tilley was very informative and clearly explained the process. Open and honest with policy and expectations. Uploaded photos and declared damage as requested and given a guaranteed price. Collection was fast and efficient, took about an hour maximum to assess the car and ensure there were no hidden issues. Both gentlemen were very professional and looked at the car in detail. Once all confirmed all was in order there were no issues and they paid the offer in full within seconds.
