"Very poor"
Very poor ! Ordered a ladies waterproof cycling jacket. They sent the wrong one, a much cheaper version to what I had ordered. I rang the number provided for on line orders which puts you though to a shop who cannot help. They told me the online orders are dealt with someone based in Bangladesh and to email them which I did. Three days later I received an email telling me to return the item recorded delivery (which I would have to pay for even though it was their mistake) and to put in another email what I would like them to do even though I have already requested a full refund.
Extremely poor customer service. Very frustrating service. Out of pocket, no refund, wrong jacket and expected to pay for the return!!

"Don't buy a bike from these people…"
Don't buy a bike from these people especially if it arrives in a box. You effectively have no warranty whatsoever.
Bought a bike from them in March and it developed a problem 4 months later. I spoke to the shop and exchanged several emails but they refuse to fulfil any warranty obligations.
I am sure given the time I could prove that the problem my bike developed was due to faulty manufacture. The outer cable to the rear derailleur was so short that the tight bend caused too much friction so that the gears did not change as the cable was released.
The shop maintained that the problem could be fixed by adjustments and was probably caused by the cable stretching which is frankly nonsense. The cable stretching or slipping would cause problems as the cable was pulled and not as it was released. There were no problems with the few adjustments that can be made to the rear derailleur.
I am very disappointed as I was hopeful of finding a good local bike shop.
In my 66 years this is first time I have had a problem with a warranty claim!

"Terrible service AVOID!"
As an owner of an online retail business in Bloxham people often say "you can’t beat the personal customer touch" that you get with a store, well in Broadribbs case this is laughable. Their Banbury store staff are useless, I’ve had to contact them 5 times now to find out where my order is (they took the money from my card), nearly 3 weeks later I gave in and went to the Banbury shop to be told its sat in their shop! No apology for the inconvenience I was TOLD it will be built Monday, rang two days later to see if it was ready was told no it will be the end of the week again no apology! Your team require customer service training NOW! I await a response!

Amazing service.
I had an idea of what bike I wanted to buy so I searched online looking for the best price and discovered these guys were offering the best price available with free delivery. I then called the shop to ask for a little advice and the guys in the shop could not be more helpful, offering advice on my requirements.
Since the bike arrived, exactly as promised, I have had to call back on two occasions for a little extra help/advice and on each occasion the response from the guys in the shop was amazing.
It's clear that the whole team at Broadribb/DiscountCyclesDirect are cycling enthusiasts, have a deep knowledge of bikes and cycling and enjoy helping other cyclists or novices.
It is a pleasure to do business with these guys.

unhelpful, unresponsive, unreliable online shopping experience. Never get back to me whenever I call to chase up. Still unable to complete an order with them after there's weeks of waiting for assistance. Sadly it seems they are too busy to care :(

Speedy delivery especially with the current situation with the coronavirus, I ordered my bike Friday afternoon and it was delivered on Tuesday morning, the bike was package well and easy to put together, I highly recommend.

Bike was shipped fairly quickly which given the current situation with the Covid-19 Pandemic is amazing.
I did email after a few days for a follow up and got a prompt response from the team, definitely an easy transaction and would totally recommend for anyone looking to purchase a new bike.
