I was sceptical, I've never booked flights through WhatsApp before but have to say it's been a fantastic experience. I'm currently in Hong Kong on my way to Melbourne to visit my son for his 30th birthday. I've never travelled anywhere on my own before. The team at Travlock, especially Nigel have been great. They were really patient with me when I was swapping and changing dates. I also benefited from their 'better it's policy which was great. Thank you!
