I wanted to write this review to thank everyone at StAlbans where I had my consultation and aftercare for lens surgery and everyone at Cambridge where the surgery was done. I had it done 2 days ago and it really has become life changing. My eyesight now is as good as it ever was. I would recommend anyone to go for it. Thank you to everyone who were so friendly and supportive

"My wonderful experience "

I was seen at Swansea and Cardiff optical express as I wanted to discuss having Laser eye surgery. The ladies at Swansea Zahara and Rebekah were absolutely fantastic. Rebekah went above and beyond for me when I needed help with via emails, and she sorted spoke with my GP regarding a letter (as my surgery didn't want to play ball) but Becky got it sorted very quickly. The whole team were wonderful, and I felt very comfortable and reassured all the way. I can't fault anything or anyone! I did have to wait along time in the waiting room for the surgery, but again the team offered me drinks and apologised for the wait. 5 stars to the Swansea and Cardiff branch.
Ps. Give Rebekah a raise!
