Our guests had booked a transfer from St Gervais to Geneva Airport in order to catch a flight at 13:55 tomorrow. Today, we waited and waited for a confirmation of the pick up time and when we prompted them we were finally told this would be 07:15. This means hanging about at Geneva Airport for around 4 hours but they refused to offer us anything else. Totally unacceptable! We will never recommend them again to our guests.
