Uncle Sam from Alpy Bus was very punctual and welcoming and chatty ! We arrived with no problems and was a very enjoyable journey

"Absolutely terrible service "

Absolutely terrible service had us waiting for 1hr 10 minutes in the freezing cold as our transfer was delayed but they never got in contact with us, we had to contact them to find this information out! When we rang up the man behind the phone had a terrible attitude and didn’t wanna give us any help or even apologise for the inconveniences. The transfer from the airport was also 2 hours late as the “driver was lost” and then when we got in the coach the toilets was out of service and the transfer was 1hr 45 minutes with no toilet which is ridiculous. I will not be travelling via alpy transfer and I would not recommend it.
