"Their customer service is terrible"

Their customer service is terrible. Clare, the customer service rep, explained that refunds take 8 weeks to process. I explained that they have two weeks according to UK law. She then confirmed that she can't change the terms and conditions; "that's how long refunds take to be processed." I explained that their terms and conditions do not supersede the law. They are yet to process the refund and I'm out £80 with no reassurance that the refund will be processed. 8 weeks is a long time to wait. Presumably it's so that customers forget they are owed money and drop it.

Our driver Paulo was kind and greeted us as we jumped on the transfer, he also mentioned there was water if we required. He was on time at our address in Chamonix and the transfer to Geneva was quick and seamless. Would definitely use Alpy Transfers/Paulo again.

"Terrible service"

Very very bad service. Booked their bus from Val Thorens to Genève. We “missed” the bus even tho we were waiting outside 15mins prior, checking all the buses stopped but didn’t find alpy bus anywhere.
What’s the point of sending the SMS to confirm the booking the night before? There were 2 more groups that missed the bus as well, and we all confirmed and reply ok. They don’t even check who’s missing?? No responsibility or whatsoever to make sure all the passengers are on. There was no sign, no staff, nor call-out. Terrible experience.
