The SCRATCH option to pay for vet bills is wonderful. I have had problems every month with my payments completing. I had automatic payment set up, but every month I received a notification that my payment failed. The payment was failing because Scratch lost connection with Plaid. Plaid has nothing to do with ACH payments, therefore no payments should have ever failed. I find that having to pay manually every month totally defeated the purpose of automatic payments. Scratch needs to review their payment system and make it easier for customers to process payments.
