Pessima esperienza. La merce non era conforme alla descrizione. Era stata dichiarata vera pelle ed invece il prodotto era in pelle sintetica, le modalità di consegna non sono state rispettate con aggravio dei costi e l'ipotetica restituzione essendo a carico dell'acquirente ha reso praticamente impossibile la restituzione. La proposta di rimborso ridicola paragonata all'ammontare speso.
Assolutamente sconsigliato, sfiora la truffa ben congegnata.

I bought a Silver Plate "Epoca Cutlery Service" made by Wilkens (Germany), during the 1980s. It is a really marvellous set of 74 pieces in extremely good quality. There is absolutely nothing negative to say, on the contrary! The description of the Epoca Cutlery Service corresponded to the high quality of it and I am very happy! The contact with the Pamono-Team was very good and nice, too. They answered my questions quickly and the parcel was shipped within a few days after the order. It reached me safe and everthing went in a great way. Thanks!

"vorzeitige Lieferung "

Die Lieferung wurde unerwartet weit vor dem ursprünglich von Pamono avisierten Liefertermin angeliefert. Es gab dann Schwierigkeiten diesen kurzfristigen Liefertermin beim Logistiker umzulegen.
Die bestellte Glasware war aussergewöhnlich gut und sicher verpackt worden. Fazit alles super nur beim Lieferprozess könnte man besser werden.
