I met with an accident just one day before I had to c/in at the hotel that I booked through holiday me and I was not in a mood to c/in to a hotel next day. Although I was not so sure, whether my request of cancellation or postpone the booking will be entertained by holidayme as the free cancellation period was already expired, I thought of giving them a ring. starting from the person who picked up my call, everyone was so professional. and at the end, my booking got postponed without any hassle.

It’s my first reservation through holidayme.
Booking through there app was smooth and good catch.also there support staff mr. Sikandarkhan was so helpful.the negative was when the app didn’t let me choose the cheapest price I found.
But I still have good price compared to others
