"My First Bad Review Ever"
Not to toot my own horn but I am an extremely calm, patient, and understanding human. My coworkers and I have used this delivery service on multiple occasions before. We ordered Dunkin' Donuts as we have in the past to our office and our experience was unimaginable and unacceptable. I was trying to find a way to leave a review for the specific delivery person, her name is Nona, and is the first person I will and ever have spoken badly about. I gave very specific directions on where to come with our order and she called claiming she could not find the office (a large building with a clear front door to the lobby) and tried to leave saying she will get us a refund. We had paid for our order and my blood sugar was dropping as well as my coworker's needing to eat , hence ordering. We had to beg her not to leave and told her where to look as we risked our jobs to find her. She insisted she would not find us and tried to leave multiple times . She was down the block, in front of a green light with a turn signal and not turning, disrupting traffic. She refused to back up and my coworker had to cross the busy street and walk down the block during work hours to grab our order as Nona would not even get out of the car. She even had the nerve to say to my coworker" Well I have another delivery to get to." On top of this, our beverages were spilt over including a hot coffee with the cap half off, spilling semi hot coffee on me. When she pulled away she continued to leave her right blinker on as she never turned and proceeded down the block. She should not even deserve her license let alone be allowed to deliver.

"Terrible. Basically worst experience ever."
Terrible! Basically had the worst experience ever. I purposely did not bring a lunch to work to use the FREELUNCH promo code, then it would not work for my personal account saying it was already applied (which it wasn't), then I paid $27 for lunch, waited 1.5 hours and it was canceled. So I waited another 1.5 hours to chat and they offered me $5 off a future order. When I questioned how this was comparable, the chat person (SI Lea M.) said "I compensated you" and ended the chat(?!) I was reimbursed the $27. However, I was not compensated for my time or inconvenience, nor my starvation at work, nor a free lunch! $5 off for that experience is simply not good enough. Shame on you.

Grubhub and seamless have the information of the person stealing money out of my account and refuse to help me. They have forwarded me all the information they would need to refund me and told me to solve it myself essentially. They even suggested I ALLOWED this person to have my account number and forgot, from across the country. YOULL NEVER GET HELP IF SOMEONE GETS INTO YOUR ACCOUNT.

Customers beware! This service appears to be an off shoot of Grub Hub but who knows. I ordered chicken and fries with a side salad from “Sammy’s Chicken”. I got soggy chicken strips and lettuce ( no fries) from Red Robin. I would never have ordered this from Red Robin- I know I don’t like their soggy chicken strips. What was supposed to be $15.00 became $30.00 with all of their fees. Not transparent and I wouldn’t trust them. I filed a complaint and they say they are refunding me but I won’t hold my breath. Very disappointed with the service and the falsely advertised item and name of restaurant.

"Couldn't use the order form & promo was deceptive and time consuming"
Couldn't use the order form, and add cheese to a burger! only the twin had a place for it.
Was sent 2 promo code offers, for a 1st time order,
had to sign up for their monthly fee service trial.. did..
saw a discount code that disappeared, was sent to paypal, told discount would show up after payment.. paid and then saw it was without the discount.
Cancelled.
Tried a second time and was told by the screen only for delivery not pickup.
Sigh. Almost seemed ok would have ordered without the discount, but found it time consuming, and dishonest even if by accident..
So cancelled 2nd time.
Can't see this as a good way to order .. will just call direct since I mostly pick up.
Meant for the at homers or lazy, I am happy to drive and pick up.

This app is a life saver for ordering when you don't have cash or are in an unfamiliar area. Just be sure to read reviews if ordering from a new location.

"3rd Party Food Delivering Apps"
I've had so many mistakes with this food delivery app and late orders as well as drivers stopping somewhere first and gives you risk of food poisoning if you dont track and keep tabs on the driver and where they are and how long they are taking (some people might start sueing if they get sick/bad food poisoning from this problem FYI) and have gone as for as stealing my fold or obviously drinking out of it or tampering with it, again NOT safe for the customer EVER! I have plenty of funds to have 4 or more 3rd party app monthly subscriptions and I USED to order 2 MEALS minimum every day though uber eats, door dash, grub hub, cavier but you 3rd party apps are all the same. WAY too many mistakes and takes way too long. I live in 10 minutes northeast of downtown Minneapolis (heart of the Twin Cities) and have 70+ restaurants within 10-15 miles of my house but your app never gives me an efficient connection to these restaurants (they somehow "disappear" off my list from day to day) that I am going to end up just driving to anyway. (I don't cook ever) Way too many errors on orders, how late they actually arrive way too often and drivers stealing food and haven't been reprimanded for me to fund your companies with my honestly over eating habits.

Seamless is a sham. They upcharge you for ordering through their website. No services rendered. Pick up the phone and order directly from the restaurant. Seamless is a sham.
