"Great vehicle, inflated cost of minor repairs!"

Well maintained vehicle with all the amenities provided.

Insurance is expensive: £2500 excess reduced to £350 by £2000 additional payment!

We sustained minor damage to rear view wing mirror (lower mirror cracked, and indicator light bulb and cover smashed): even the replacement of entire unit online would have been £500 which was clearly not required. We were charged £400 with no opportunity to challenge!

We were not told about the need to top up the AdBlue which nearly cost us an extra nights stay in France.

"Wrong motorhome and heating"

Well after a disaster with our heating not working for 9 days and multiple calls to Toddington to help rectify this, we took the motorhome to Edinburgh and within 5 mins were told we shouldn’t be driving this vechile as it had a serious issue which the heating and was dangerous to try to use it. They changed it over and gave us fresh bedding and towels and a full fuel tank, they could not of been more caring. I asked Toddington if we could come back and swap our motorhome but we were told no it was not possible, which I don’t understand as the place was full of them and as it was winter were we expected to have no heating in this motorhome? But to start all this of we were given the wrong motorhome in the first place and they wouldn’t give us the one we originally booked and paid for 10 months prior

It’s a big investment a motorhome! Our experience with Tony and the team can be described as quick, effective communication. No question is left unanswered and that level of professionalism provided the comfort to conclude with the purchase. An additional surprise was the level of cleanliness of a ex hire van. What a team and a pleasure to deal with.

"Highly recommended RV Supercentre"

We chose to buy through RV Supercentre, after our friends had such a positive experience buying their camper. In fact we risked buying a van we hadn’t seen, as we live 500 miles away, based on their experience. They were very helpful, and quick with their responses to all our questions. They made the whole process stress free. Their follow up care is also very good. We had to pop back in after our first couple of nights to ask a couple of technical questions, they were more than happy to go through everything, and made sure we were completely happy before we drove all the way home.
We’d highly recommend the company and would certainly use them again.

"No heat for 3/5 nights, upcharges cost more than rental"

The heater died and we rented in December. Had plenty of gas, halfway through green, but had no heat for 3 nights in december.

Meanwhile, upcharges in the end were well over 100% of the cost of the rental! Bit of a bait and switch, watch your wallet!

Staff was kind- but the whole "you have a chemical toilet that works with chemicals......you can NOT use the chemicals that are essential the system, or buy some from us" "Your RV sleeps 4, but if you want bedding to actually sleep in it, you can buy it from us" We got talked into the highest insurance, then read it doesnt even cover the van for damage over 6' - meanwhile the van is 11.5' tall, the insurance also doesn't cover undercarriage, roof (and things on roof) or towing in certain situations. Overall, just stinks to think you found a deal on a rental, pay well over double what you anticipated, then have the heat out in december for 3/5 nights. They were going to have someone call us about this - never did, no refund, no we're sorry. Dodgy.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Staff were so helpful and responsive to phone calls, answered all our questions and were friendly and thorough. John checked us in and was very kind and helpful - the van itself was brilliant, good condition and easy to manage. We had a great experience renting with JustGo and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them in the future!

"Just Go away seems to be their attitude..."

Further to my review of 2.1.24. Just Go responded here on 9.1 saying they had not received my 3 emails. (This, in spite of the fact that these were sent to the RVsupercentre email address given to me by their own Enquiries Team, who themselves forwarded one of the emails to them.)
They asked me to message them again, which I did, a week ago, and still not so much as an acknowledgment, let alone a response to my request.
Really poor customer service.
