"Substitution Error, Terrific Staff response"

I ordered an assorted case of Italian wines and when it arrived the warehouse had substituted a pair of 2023 California Cabs for a Tuscan red and a Montepulciano Riserva, both family favorites. I called to question the substitution and was assisted by Kinzani (sp?) who interfaced with her supervisors on my behalf.
I received an e-mail 2 hours later indicating that the desired wines are on the way to fill out the order
and will arrive by the weekend. A special thanks and respect to Kinzani and the staff for their very rapid and welcome response.
