I was having trouble installing a forge mod pack onto my server and the agent I has was amazing. They had all the relevant links and took the time to install the mod pack for me to better help me understand what the issues may be. They also cleared up numerous general question I had. I am new to all this so having someone so knowledgeable and friendly was incredible. I have never received such encompassing and kind help! I will definitely be keeping this service!!!!

I have never experienced such great customer service online! I am new to Minecraft mods but I am a long time Minecraft player who has used other hosting services for normal servers. The support is really friendly and helpful. Immediately understood what was wrong and gave easy answers to fix them. I do wish there were more agents for more timezones as I couldn't contact anyone during the day (New Zealand Timezone) but when they were active, they are incredible.

Im bad at anything technical and everyone I spoke with was nice and patient with any issues I had. Which wasn’t much because the videos on YouTube also made it quite easy to understand. Great site and is now my go to!
