I was trying to setup a modpack on my server that SimpleGameHosting didn't outright support and was having major troubles getting the server to work and being able to join the server once it was. I had a super helpful support member named Brian that worked with me for over an hour to resolve my issues and he was able to resolve all the issues!

I don't know a lot about server hosting and modding but with this level of customer support that's barely a problem. These people really, actually care about your issues and stick with you until resolved. I am not one to just go and write reviews but ive had a lot of issues that I have caused myself because I don't know what I'm doing and all of them have been resolved and helped with.

Server kept crashing, way to expensive to only run 100 mods at 10 gigabytes of server ram, and still crash.
