"My experience was horrible"

My experience was horrible. All I wanted to do was start a server to play with a few friends but for some reason none of them could join. Also because of how your set up is it costs more money for different plans just for a couple people to play and not very much so it's not really worth it. Lastly with all the server information and mods there was a lot of errors when starting up the server and some wouldn't even start up at all depending on what mod pack I chose. This service is horrible and hard to use especially for those of us who struggle with computer technical stuff.
