The help from the support team is stellar. If you have any issues, you can start a chat instantaneously with the support team to resolve it. The customer support chat is always on the bottom right of the screen for you to click on no matter where you are navigating on the website. A support team member answers with no delay. I've corresponded with several of the support team and every one of them was knowledgeable, professional, and diligent in solving the problem. Simple Game Hosting also has a step-by-step help guide, in text format, with pictures of the steps or a in depth video on how to fix issues. Be sure you do your due diligence as well in using their help guides and videos. I highly recommend them for your hosting needs, especially if you have no experience with servers.

Additionally, the website is set up to be as easy as it can for people to manage a server. The layout is set up well, the options are great, and it makes managing a server simple. Having no understanding and no experience with servers, I tried a couple of game hosting websites and Simple Game Hosting is my top pick.
