"Yummy soups and lovely customer service!"
Had a little trouble with shipping at holiday time but I can't really blame it on the company .. Shipper might have been the problem I don't know- but 'besdamsoup certainly corrected the problem by sending me a whole new order, and the lovely woman on the phone I spoke with several times, so apologetic and helpful. I told her that the mushroom soup I serve at Christmas is never totally gone out of the pot...but this year it was 👍🏻👏😃!! My guests thoroughly enjoyed it. Lobster bisque awesome! I now have several other soups in my freezer ready to try.

"Fabulous product, wonderful friendly service"
First order took a while to arrive due to unexpected number of orders after an appearance on Fox and Friends but so worth it. Ordered again and product was on my porch within 36 hours.
Shared the Tuscan white bean with friends who were all sick with flu and they raved.

"Growing pains"
Was willing to be patient to receive my order of over $300 in soup due to large exposure on Fox and Friends. Two months waiting is too long. Can not reach anyone by phone. I was able to receive credit for gift cards , but that was in addition to the $300 in product. From other reviews , I am not alone.

I would like to share some very true facts. My wife ordered some product for her sister in Georgia. We live in Virginia.
We never received a confirmation nor was the soup(three types were ordered)delivered by christmas. She made repeated attempts to call them and email them as well. No emails or calls were retuned by the company. We finally got so mad she contacted pay pal to get our money returned. After doing this, we received a ship notice from the soup company stating the soup had been shipped...finally.
It was revived finally 2 months late. Also, the quality of the product was inferior and we told the recipients to throw the rest away.
I would NOT recommend this company to any one. Very unpleasant experience all the way around!

"Excellent"
Context, saw it on Fox in late December, didn't exactly order right away and they got swamped, the order arrived after the holiday. There are worse things then being in demand, for the right reason. The soups are outstanding and that is the reason for ordering from these guys. On top of that, they understood the mess of being swamped with high volumes before the holiday, but they didn't make excuses and just started getting deliveries out. I decided to wait, felt my original decision to order was well founded...and I'm not at all disappointed. Lesson learned...see if you can go on Fox earlier in December to predict holiday demand...and the rest of us can just order earlier. All good...glass is more than 1/2 full...god bless America!

"Christmas Disappointment"
The owner of the company contacted us and apologized. Our order was processed and we received all items within a few days.

We placed an order on 12/18/16. Payment was processed on 12/19/16. The order was for soup and 2 gift certificates. We've not received either as of today (1/29/17). We've received 2 email updates, the last on 1/4/17 about orders being processed. We've called only to be unable to leave voice mail messages due to mailbox being full. We are still wondering where the soups and gift certificate are. We will be contacting Fox News, New York Attorney General and BBB offices this week, as well as our bank to get a refund. I ordered the soup in the amount of $126.00 after seeing the Fox and Friends show on December 18, 2016. Since then I received 2 emails - one acknowledging my order and the second the order would be shipped out in 2 weeks.
If they can't fulfill the order, they should refund the money.
This is a scam - no one picks up the phone, or responds to emails.
I hope someone looks into this outfit.
Don't order unless you want to lose your $$

"Deceptive order practices"
This company does not ship orders in a timely manner...does not tell anyone ahead of time they can't deliver promptly....blames late deliveries on some Fox tv show that aired multiple years ago....does not respond to requests for information regarding late orders nor do they provide a valid way of contacting them when orders are not shipped....sends generic email each week saying the orders are shipping this week but order does not go out. But...they do take your money immediately after placing order.

"Never Received Product"
I placed an order on 12/18/16. I did receive several general emails from the company regarding a high volume of orders received following an appearance on Fox and Friends, however it has been over a month and I have not receive my items. I also have not received a phone call or a response to my previous emails updating my on the status of my specific order. Their voice mailbox is full and I am getting nervous that I have lost my $106. If I do not receive a reply I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to seek resolution. Never again.
