"I ordered 5 customer size"

I ordered 5 customer size, solid wood shelves for our home. Unfortunately one was damaged in transit. I called the customer service line and Holly asked me to send photos of the damage. Within 20 minutes she had sent out a replacement shelf free of change.

Customer service impeccable and lovely products. 10/10 would order from here again.

"Perfect wood at an amazing price"

Needed a very specific side of live edge wood for a DJ desk for my partner. Went to pipe furniture and the price was so reasonable. Got an absolutely stunning piece of oak and it was delivered so quickly. Holly was amazing and sent us 2 personalised pieces of wood to choose from. Cannot recommend enough!

"Ignore the poor reviews"

After looking for a mega chunky bed frame in Superking size, we found Pipe Dream Furniture on the internet. Their Solid Wood Bed with Box Frame Base suited us 100% and we could have it stained in Walnut too.
After a quick call to find out the lead time we were told 5 working days, so we booked delivery for about 10 days as that allowed us to sort a few things prior to delivery. Unfortunately DX Couriers let the side down and it actually took a week longer than expected.
During this extra time waiting I checked out the reviews on Trustpilot and that's when I started to worry. There were many bad reviews about poor workmanship, poor communication, not giving refunds (should we need to return as the bed wasn't up to our standards).
Today our bed got delivered and I am pleased to say it's excellent!! It weighs a ton but was very easy to assemble.
Would I buy from Pipe Dream Furniture going off their reviews? Probably not.
Would I buy from them from experience? Definitely!!!!
More than impressed, so thank you Pipe Dream Furniture.

Ordered a bed with a custom request. Spot on communication. It’s possible I damaged it slightly getting it upstairs so the team are sending me a repair kit. Sturdiest bed I’ve ever had and wouldn’t hesitate to buy again

"Custom Shelf"

We had been looking for a custom long shelf for a while. Many were very expensive. I cam across Pipe Dream Furniture, offering a custom shelf for a great price. The process was easy and the sales team were absolutely excellent. We wanted a slightly different colour and they were very accommodating. Delivery was quick and the finish was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Lovely products and great service. I had several beautiful wall shelves and a freestanding shelf unit in wheels. The ordering process was straightforward and all my queries were answered promptly.
I managed to lose one set of legs for the unit and they replaced them free of charge for me. I highly recommend Pipe Dreams, brilliant all round!
