"Above and beyond"

The service you get is unusually good, the person i dealt with called stuart bent over backwards. Understands not everyone knows how too use a tape measure, had patience and i had a sense they know and have faith in what they sell. I never write reviews however This one the customer service stands out. If your spending as little as a few quid it doesn't matter. They know how customers should be treated. 5 star from experience.

We ordered a bespoke wood shelf unit to mount a ‘his and hers’ sink - the shelf looks beautiful and is of really high quality. There was some issues with the brackets but this was swiftly resolved. Stewart was excellent to deal with and I would not hesitate to order from Pipe Dream Furniture again!

Customer service second to none. Ordered a pull up bar and initially the incorrect size was sent but without any hesitation they sent out the correct size and even let me keep the original one - which will get another usage. Didn't expect that and very impressed with their kindness.

After miscalculating a measurement i contacted Stewart at PDF at a ridiculous time late at night to early hours and he responded promptly asking for more specifics and correcting my order on the spot.

Having already paid i asked for another invoice to make up the difference as my piece would need more materials and Stewart told me he would amend the order for free!

Thanks Stewart, customer service alone gets 5 stars, i havnt had chance to look properly at the item, though everything seems to be in perfect order, but when i do I'll be happy to leave another review.

I will return in future for any items i may need if you stock them.

First time ordering from this company, and I messed up on step 1! Selected the wrong item, I emailed to explain and asked if the item could be swapped. Super swift response confirming the change was made like it was no issue at all. Easy website to use, amazing customer service and the item arrived today - I am obsessed! LOVE the rustic feel of the shelf and brackets I ordered. I will definitely be ordering more from this company, so so impressed! Thank you!
