Website is easy to navigate. It's so much easier being able to get the exact size you want too without any hassle or inconvenience. I managed to get exactly what I wanted in the measurements needed. Order process was easy. Email updates kept you informed every step of the way. Quick delivery, items were very well packaged. Items themselves, (in my case two wooden shelves of different thickness with the pipe brackets) are strong heavy pieces. The colour matched the sample you see online. Overall very happy from start to end. Highly recommended company

"Wavey edge shelf"

Brilliant product from Pipefurniture. Really attentive when it came to ensuring my custom sized wavey edge window shelf was being made. Point to be aware of. If you need a certain depth for the shelf, make sure you state the depth the lowest wavey edge needs to be otherwise it could end up being short.

"Fantastic customer service"

I ordered a shelf and some pipe fittings to hold the shelf up. There were missing pipes in the original order but these were sent out the next day. I’m giving 5* because of the exemplary customer service I have received from Stewart, he even replied to emails on a Sunday evening. The quality of the wood is excellent and the pipes also. Fantastic design and quality!

"Pipe dream furniture- kitchen shelves"

Pipe dream furniture custom made me scaffolding pole shelves for my kitchen diner.
James was helpful throughout the process. When I made a mistake with my measurements he came up with an excellent solution which actually made putting the shelves up easier.
The only thing that let me down was the delivery company who didn’t deliver the scaffold planks. James sent out replacements very quickly.
I love my shelves and would definitely recommend this company.

We ordered a custom fit shelf and communication from the company was second to none.
Delivery was speedy and quite probably the most carefully wrapped parcel I have ever received.
The shelf was very well made and exactly as shown and described on the website.
James was extremely helpful when, on receipt, I realised we had ordered the wrong shade.
Excellent customer service. I can only presume that the negative comments are anomalies and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company.

"Amazing coffee filter holder......"

Ordered a coffee filter holder made with industrial pipe and reclaimed wood. It looks really great - very cool and modern and slightly weird which I love. It arrived in good time and was well packaged. The pipe needed an adjustment and Matt sent me out another one to replace it and now it's perfect. Makes a delicious coffee. "Good quality, price and service."

Bought a few items now from pipe dream and overall I think the quality and price are good. Considering you can buy less quality items from known stores, for more money, I think they offer better quality and value for money.
I had an issue with part of one of my orders, but this was quickly resolved after emailing Stewart.
The negative reviews are in my opinion, unfortunate oversights, as you can get with any shop. Obviously not deliberate, why would they want to tarnish their reputation on purpose!

"Excellent quality and customer service"

I bought the Solid Oak Shelf with White Hanging Rail, Industrial Pipe Style for my utility. It is excellent quality, impeccable powder coating and beautiful wood. Very heavy, I had to use very strong wall plugs! I’m very happy.

I was sent the wrong order initially by mistake but the company answered the phone, and email very quickly, they had a new shelf made and sent out much quicker than I expected.

I’d definitely buy from them again.

"What a great company to deal with"

What a great company to deal with, Stewart put up with my back and forth emails as I came to a decision regarding bar table size/height etc. Easy website to navigate and speedy responses to all email queries...and most importantly for me living in the Highlands, the delivery charge was fairly reasonable too. Excellent product, really pleased how this table for my kitchen will look in my new home (moving in January). Great delivery time too for a bespoke item - 8 days!
