"Great customer support"

Ordered my first set of yearly solotica coloured lenses early March. Paid extra for the fast shipping via FedEx express. Order was supposed to be picked up by myself from a selected pickup point. Was informed by FedEx that the order was waiting for me to pick up. When I got there there was no trace in the system. Tried several times to sort it with FedEx. They opened an investigation and the conclusion was that it was not their fault it was the pickup point (aka their contractual partner). They even suggested I ask for them to check video footage … crazy really. I contacted Solotica customer service. They very promptly replied to me and took the issue back with FedEx. After about 10 days they sent me a replacement order, which arrived on time. They followed up in all steps and very promptly replied to my requests. 5 stars for Solotica customer service , -1 for FedEx.

I'm obsessed with Solotica lenses! The colors are stunning, especially Topazio, Hidrocor Mel, and Ipanema. They look so realistic and blend seamlessly with my eye color. I've gotten so many compliments, everyone thinks they're my real eyes! Seriously considering getting every color.

Katastrophale Abzocke!!Alle Guten Bewertungen sind fake - Jeder der Bewertet hat hat nur 1 Mal bewertet und das "Solotica" Ich rate hier jedem nicht zu bestellen. 50€ für Billige China Linsen die man auch von Shein in der selben Farbe kriegt. Dann auch noch 20€ Zoll gezahlt. Ich bin 70€ losgeworden. Ihr gehört verklagt. Ausserdem habe ich Express gewählt und eine Woche länger gewartet. Typisch Dubai. Bestellt lieber woanders
