Eine der beiden Kontaktlinsen ist defekt - ich kann nicht damit sehen- die Stärke stimmt nicht und das Unternehmen weigert sich eine Lösung zu finden - €100 weggeworfen… Sehr enttäuschend, dass der Produktionsfehler nicht zu interessieren scheint- gern hätte ich die Linsen zurück geschickt. Das ist nicht gewünscht! Ich bestelle jetzt woanders.

Je porte des lentilles depuis 30ans de plusieurs marques et je n'ai jamais eu le moindre souci , du aux youtubeuses j'ai voulu essayer solotica....je ne les pas supporté longtemps :sensation de brûlure et peu a peu un voile blanc sur les yeux comme si de la colle était sur mes yeux , en panique je les enlève , mais le voile est resté pendant deux jours, j'ai du aller au urgences . J'ai tout expliqué au service client SOLOTICA , ILS N'EN ONT EU RIEN A FAIRE MEME PAS UNE PROPOSITION DE REMBOURSEMENT !!!je les dénonce donc a la répression des fraudes , ON NE PEUT PAS JOUER AVEC LA VUE DES CLIENTS ET SEN LAVER LES MAINS COMME CELA, scandaleux et ne respectent pas la réglementation européenne du coup car eci et un vice caché.
