"Test drive through Motability of the VWID4"

On the recent test through motability of the VW ID4 from EEZOO.The car was delivered to us by Ross Maxwell ,a capable knowledgeable and pleasant member of Ezoo .,who ran through all the need to know stuff in detail and gave us his contact number. However all went well,but I did return the car before the end of the test period as it wasn't a suitable sized vehicle for the wife and I.After a quick call to EEZOO Ross returned at the time promised to take the vehicle back.EEZOO seem to be a good reliable company to deal with.Our experience was made pleasant.Thank you EZOO.

"I had a 9 day trial of the mg4 through…"

I had a 9 day trial of the mg4 through the motability scheme. The car was very smooth to drive and I enjoyed the car during the trial with no problems at all. The car was dropped off to me by Ross and he went through everything showing me how to charge it and how everything worked etc. and answered all of my questions. He then told me to contact him if I had any other questions to which I did twice I had txt him and he answered me very quickly and answered my questions even on a weekend. When he picked up the car I was slightly late and I txt him and he was very accommodating coming at the end of my time slot and went over the car with me again to check everything. Overall the experience was very good and Ross was very helpful.

"VW ID4 from EZOO fully recommended …"

Was given a VW ID4 for a trial period the car was delivered on time and the communication was excellent Ross Maxwell gave me a rundown of the car and how to charge it he was very knowledgeable and is a credit to EZOO. I had absolutely no issues with the car over the 9 days I had it Ross picked up the car and after a few checks the car was returned. I was contacted and given the time of collection and I was late so a big thanks to the EZOO team especially Ross Maxwell for all the help

"Great experience"

Great experience, Ross was the guy who dealt with me and I think he went way beyond my expectations, he made himself available 24hrs a day if needed,very polite, spent plenty of time going through all I needed to know, all went well and no need to contact him at all,very pleased 👍

"Amazing company with fab polite staff"

Amazing company with fab polite staff. We used EZOO to trial a vehicle through Motability’s electric car trial. We had great communication from EZOO from start to finish they constantly kept us informed of the process right up to delivery. Everything was totally easy and smooth from start to finish. We were shown by Suki and his colleague how the vehicle worked and how to charge it. The two delivery guys went above and beyond and I really can’t fault them. Thanks Suki.

"I used their subscription service for 1…"

I used their subscription service for 1 full year. At the beginning, the process was smooth and quick. However, after the first 6 months, when we were approaching the renewal, we found out that they forgot to activate the second driver for my wife (and related insurance). They provided a discount on the second driver charge for a few months after that. I had always had good experiences with the garages they booked remotely to fix minor issues (such as headlamps), but when I had to take the car for the MOT they booked at a different garage than usual. They told me the car was going to be ready in 2 hours, but after 3 hours without any advice, I called the garage, and they advised they were in touch with the company to wait for their approval on some warnings reported during the MOT check. I was left without the car for the entire day, and eventually I sent an email to the company myself to report the disservice. I was provided the car back the following day with their excuses but without any compensation for the disservice I suffered. They then needed to book me in for replacing the two rear tyres. This time, instead of booking a fixed time slot appointment they sent to to a garage were I had to wait for my turn. I went there to wait my turn twice, but with a 1 year old baby is difficult to spend time indefinitely waiting for the services. So I asked by email if it was possible to rebook the Tyre replacement to anywhere else they could provide a fixed time slot, and they rejected my request. The last issue happened when I returned the car. They noticed a little scratch on one of the alloys, less than a centimeter long, something even more difficult to notice. They charged me £144 for that damage. I found that after 1 year of continuous subscription, a little sign on one alloy should be considered fair wear and tear. Without any compensation for the few disservices I have experienced, even when out of their control, they didn't leave me with a positive note. I have to give credit to the customer service staff, always professional and quick to answer, but unfortunately poor on the quality of their policies to cover for such inconveniences.

"I absolutely loved this experience the…"

I absolutely loved this experience the car was a dream to drive it was so smooth and extremely quiet the car was delivered by Ross who is very knowledgeable and professional and most of all friendly had to text him couple times about the car and he replied instantly was so helpful I loved every aspect of the of the car it done everything apart from make your tea even when Ross returned to collect it I really was sad to see it go loved loved loved the car convinced me to go electric the only thing I didn’t like was charging it but I also hate putting petrol in so that’s just me thanks for this experience thoroughly enjoyed it
