Nakto customer service was helpful to make sure I ordered the correct replacement battery for my e-bike. Proactively contacted me to check specs. Turned out I had selected the wrong part and they helped me spec and order the correct part before shipping.

"Good bike, but Difficulty with assembly"
I ordered the folding ox bike. Love the price and materials seem to be good quality. Unfortunately, the fork was bent when putting it together. Rather than deal with the shipping costs of a return I paid to have a bike shop to bend the fork and fully assemble it. Other than this extra cost, hassle, and disappointment, I anticipate this will be a great bike for our family.

I have a Nakto Super Cruiser. I've had it since 2018. I've dealt with customer service many times. And always seem to get everything done even when I've made a mistake and ordered the wrong part. There is a small restocking fee but it's okay as I get the correct part and my bike has been incredible. I just ordered new forks and they came right away. I had my repair shop install them They fit great and the bike is riding well. Thank you everyone at Nakto!! Have a great holiday season!
