Purchased a test in December 2021 which never arrived, they had taken full payment. Chased and chased for a response for months with no acknowledgement. I finally spoke to someone 8 months after this incident and she acknowledged that they had taken the money and not sent the test. Still waiting for my refund of goods not received.

I applied for a refund 6 months ago because my results were released late making me miss my flight. I have applied for a refund via email numerous times, but all I get is an automated reply. Refund me immediately you criminals, or else I’ll be taking legal action.
