"Results sent to wrong email with no authentication"

I received results for someone with the same name as me who accidentally put my email address in instead of theirs. Now I have their name, test results, date of birth, address, and ID/passport number. Rather than sending results as an email with a .pdf attached, it would be much safer to send a link to results and require at least basic information to confirm identity (date of birth, for example). I don't understand how companies don't understand how to handle medical data in 2022.

"Poor Service and Inaccurate Results"

I was very upset with your Laboratory and your inaccurate result cost me another 50 pounds (in addition to your 119 pound charge!) as I had to re-test at the airport. I was told by Harley that there was 'an issue' at the Lab (when my husband got his results and I didn't) only to get mine hours later which falsely read positive. I guess I got off easy with the 50 pounds as a rescheduled flight would have been a lot more money in addition to hotel costs.

The only testing centre I will use having tried a few others during these Covid times. They are very nice, professional and allow you to arrive early or late. Never a problem.
This time, at check-in, I couldn’t find the email confirming my negative status! Forgot to screenshoot it. I didn’t panic. I called the lab and they immediately resent the email. Excellent. They deserve my time for writing this review.

Was able to get tested the day before flight back to the states. Just get the lateral flow test (I think they just dropped the testing mandate though). They were fast and professional.

Had to get a Covid test before returning to the US (and 4 days later they drop the requirement!). Easy to find. Straightforward, if tedious, online registration. Quick in-and-out process and had the results in about an hour.

I've had several covid tests for travel. Everyone at Biogroup has been outstanding-- polite, gentle, answered questions. It's the only place I would go. The results were emailed in less than an hour. Many thanks for excellent service

This lab was recommended to us. We scheduled tests for the same day and received our results within an hour. We chose to go here even though the location in Kensington was several tube stops away. Their price for the test was easily half of what the chemist around the corner from our hotel was charging.
