My recent experience though was for a different reason as I needed your bodyshop. From start to finish the bodyshop staff - Lynne who sorted the Insurance process, Becky who dealt with booking in & courtesy car, Dave who gave feedback on work undertaken - were all professional & gave a personal caring service with timely updates. 10/10. "Extremely Poor Customer Service Again (do they really care)"
So I had a reply to a review I left last week asking for the details of the issue I am currently having, I have decided to leave another review which this time is to highlight yet again the very poor customer service I am currently receiving from both Richmond Motor Group & Skoda
First thing last Thursday morning I sent the requested details of my issue & complaint, currently I have not had an acknowledgement of my complaint or yet a reply with a satisfactory conclusion, even though you are fully aware I currently cannot work whilst my vehicle is off the road.Â
The joke of the matter is that in your response to my review on Trust pilot you mentioned how "Providing excellent customer service is very important to us, and we regret that you feel let down by our aftercare", you don't seem to be trying to change my opinion.
From tomorrow lunch time I will have been unable to use my car for 2 weeks without any idea as to when this will be resolved so that I can start earning a living again, I can't express my utter frustration and disappointment with both Richmond Motor Group & Skoda UK and am left wishing I had never brought a Skoda let alone from Richmond Motor Group.
At the end of today if I have not had a adequate reply I will have no choice but to take my vehicle to another garage to get it fixed that are not quoting the over inflated dealership price of nearly £8000 & then pursue my loss's through the courts, I cannot afford to not be working much longer. Obviously as I've mentioned before I will be updating my complaint to The Citizens Advice Bureau who in turn have been escalating my complaint to The Trading Standards.
