The Coros Dura I received was clearly second-hand—the box had been opened, the device had visible fingerprints, and it was set up in Russian. I had to use Google Translate just to return it to English. I was later informed it may have been a display model.
I was also told there were no replacements in stock and that a refund was the only option. I accepted a £25 voucher, as I urgently need a navigation system for this weekend, but overall, the experience has been really disappointing.
