I got the wrong order, already mailed the issue along with the proof. I got the email that the product is re-stocked, which is the reason I ordered, but sent me the product which does not fit my old DJI mic 1. Very disappointed.

The customer service was great, I just wish the drone was smarter. I bought it so I can have it tack me in tight spaces like when I shoot in a villa. The rep said the mini 4 pro would be suitable... It is not.

Recently I had a drone accident with my Mini 4 pro, and the drone was not retrievable. Thankfully I had Care Refresh. My first contact was Ralph from DJI Customer Support. He was great, kept me informed and guided me on the correct steps for making a claim. He was also very sympathetic. Alessia was my next contact. Alessia also was great and sympathetic and helped me through the next process. I can't thank DJI Customer support enough and highly recommend this service.
