Great communication until the first payment was done.
Really bad communication with the truck driver, who was quite rude over the phone and hunged up the phone during unloading.
I was promised a message or call before the truck arrived for unloading, I requested several times, but that never happened, the truck just appeared and nobody was prepared.
The driver didn't use the platform once and was really rough with my stuff, he broke a table I had made myself, plus a chest of drawers which opened and all my clothes were tossed on the street, just because he didn't use the elevating platform of the truck at all during the move, and then HE BLAMED ME because I didn't seal the drawers... But they were, it was just too heavy to lift using brute force and the drawers opened despite the tape!
Complete and utterly CHAOS during the unload. I decided to pay a bit more (3.700!!!) for a better service because they had great reviews, but it's not worth it.
Really unhappy with the service, I'm happy most of the stuff arrived intact and in time, but the last part of the process was very chaotic.

We had an excellent experience with Mogeva. They offered a significantly lower price than other removal companies while still providing top-notch service. Our move was repeatedly delayed due to visa issues, but they were incredibly understanding and flexible throughout the entire process.

Communication was outstanding—Pavel kept us updated every step of the way and felt more like a friend than just a service provider. Teo, our driver, was fantastic. He handled our belongings with great care, ensuring everything was loaded and unloaded safely. He even remembered my special items and made sure to hand them to me first, which was a thoughtful touch.
