I moved from Salzburg, Austria to London. Movega were great from start to finish.

I received quotes from lots of different companies and chose them because of the level of service and attentiveness, particularly from Boris. They weren't the cheapest option, but certainly had the best customer service. I recommend paying a little more for peace of mind.

Boris and the team then guided me through the process really well, including providing lots of support on documents like the inventory.

The collection was smooth - we had a Luton van with plenty of space. My stuff arrived 2 days later with no issues at all.

The team was super friendly and professional. When my move was unexpectedly delayed, the company showed great flexibility. I was able to store my belongings for a few extra months at a reasonable additional cost, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.

During delivery, the driver was incredibly kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to get all the items into the house, even in challenging situations due to heavy furniture. This really showed how much care and attention the company puts into their service.

My experience with Movega for my move from the UK to Italy was so incredibly smooth. My first contact was with Drago who always stuck out to me as the friendliest of all the companies I got quotes from, so he was a big reason I went with Movega, along with a good price for a cross Europe trip in one van.

The driver who picked up my stuff was very experienced and managed to pack everything super close and tight so when we unpacked in Italy everything was exactly as it was when we packed it. I had some drawers with glass on the front and they were all completely safe too.

Movega's customs team let me know exactly what documents to get for customs into the EU and helped when there were some different documents I needed for my personal situation, which I was really impressed with.

I checked Trustpilot before going with Movega and was amazed at how good their ratings were on here but now I see why! Thanks Drago and team, I will get back in touch if we ever need to do a long move again!

"We recently relocated from UK to…"

We recently relocated from UK to Valencia, Spain. I was supported by Boris through the entire process, and am amazed by his patience throughout! I spoke with alot of different removals companies and it raised various questions about the differences between Movega and the others, such as ability to deliver within 2- 3 days vs 5- 6 weeks, the costs, the types of lorries/ vans available. Boris was incredibly patient helping me understand it all, and helping us to understand the weight and capacity. So thank you.

Once the (two) luton vans turned up the drivers Rafal and Szymon, were insanely hard working. They are actually machines...they do not stop! They arrived on time and loaded everything into the vans, then delivered on time the other end and again did not stop when unloading. Despite having to run up and down a long driveway due to a low hanging tree (sorry about that!).

Amazing service and delivery!! If ever to relocate again would undoubtedly use them again!
