From the first interaction too the final unloading of the van, service was absolutely brilliant, the sales team to start with very helpful and patient, the driver was very friendly and helpful with loading and unloading the van.
The after care I received after both loading and unloading was brilliant, I couldn’t recommend Movega enough.

"Reassuring and efficient team made moving as easy as possible"

The whole experience of our move from Brussels area to Edinburgh was well prepared by Movega (Pavel) and went smoothly on the days of collection and delivery. We probably underestimated the number of boxes needed for our own and Movega's packing service, and the van had little space left at the end of loading. Also the local packng agents (who were terrific, very skilled and careful at their job) probably needed a third man to help. The unloading team in Edinburgh were great too, reassembling some items and generally puttting everthing where it should go. The customs team made light of the formalities, which were no problem at all on the day, and helped us to write up our inventory for HMRC approval. Pavel's calm and reassuring voice on the line was a great relief throughout, and the transport team took over during the move itself, calling every hour to check if all was OK from our side.

An extra challenge for Movega and us was that the date of the move was changed at short notice by the buyer of our old home, and Pavel managed to find a new date within ten days that worked for us and our buyers. Five stars for the move, our only suggestion would be to have had their local agents (who did the packing) call by well before the move to survey what was to be taken and make a better estimate of the number of boxes needed...

Having never relocated abroad before, we were sceptical of the process, however Pavel and the team were very professional and clear on the process. The collection and delivery went faultless and we couldn’t reccomend them more!

Like other reviews I was apprehensive but Movega were great - from my first contact with Drago who proved to be very on the ball and he was experienced and helpful. The driver Eryck and the team of packers were efficient and quick - my items all arrived in Italy on time and no damage. The Customs team were great and truly know the ropes in getting through all the requirements to EU borders. Thank you

"Excellent service and communication "

Excellent communication all the way through the process. At times this seemed a bit daunting but Pavel and the team were there to support at all times.on the day of moving they were checking everything was ago and keeping me updated on expected delivery. I couldn't fault the service and I am a contract delivery and transport operations manager.
Really recommend these guys.

Well organized, made the move happen within the limited time frame I had (granted with quite a bit of pre-planning). Driver arrived early for pickup as requested, and also delivered early the next day as agreed with him. Helped out a bunch. Very communicative sales team that will check in regularly leading up to the actual move.
