First they changed my scrip from what was listed on the website to include antibiotics that I have a problem with. Then after changing it to what was on the site, I got an infection from Terbinifine and asked they put the antibiotics back in. They did this and removed the Terbinifine. Then the Cipro antibiotic caused tremendous heel pain, I asked that they remove the cipro, they threw a fit, and cancelled my scrip. After spending over $900 on their scrips. They will cancel their scripts and leave you hanging. Completely unprofessional!

The product was effective. When I was ready to end my subscription it took a email to The BBB, a text from Strut and after they acknowledged cancellation of my subscription they still sent me an order and charged me.

I ordered a compound that took too long to fill. I had to cancel my order and go to another company. I do get my oral minoxidil from Strut but the compounding took so long that it was ridiculous, and I was forced to find another supplier for me.

"Dangerously Careless "
Their "physician" did not communicate my dosing instructions to me or to their pharmacy, resulting in two $289 shipments being labeled with improper dosage guidelines, which I followed. Unknowingly, I was jumping back and forth between dosages and using product that had exceeded its recommended shelf life. When I realized this error and brought this to their attention, their customer care team misunderstood the problem and refused a refund, while the "physician" attempted to cover his mistake, deflected blame to the pharmacy, and even implied that I was to blame. He then suggested I immediately increase the dosage to what would be 3x my current amount but in the same message noted that such a jump would put me at risk for major side effects. They are totally careless.
Edit to address their response: I didn't skip any doses. I followed the instructions provided on the label. The bottle contained 8 weeks of medicine labeled with 8 weeks of instructions. How you expected me to know I was only supposed to use 1/3 of the bottle is beyond me. Your physician provided no instructions whatsoever. I had to ask him for clarification when I realized something wasn't right, and he still had no clue what was happening. I "reverted to the original dose" as instructed by the second bottle's label. And no, NEITHER bottle had accurate dosing instructions. You're blaming me for your provider's oversight. Period.

I bought the O cream for women once about 4 or 5 years ago. Completely ineffective. Didn’t do anything. And I have been getting emails and texts consistently since even though I say stop or press unsubscribe every single time. You’d think a health and wellness company would understand consent?

I've never used trust pilot before...but I specifically signed up for an acct to warn everyone to stay away from this company. The worst customer experience I've ever had.
To start out the onboarding/intake experience is confusing. Once I finally got the results the "physician" offered absolutely no insight or help understanding the lab results. I essentially had to choose my own prescription. THEN after I specifically stated that I didn't want a certain prescription they ended up ordering it anyway. THEN they stated it was too late to change, it had already shipped. So I agreed to try it for a month. After waiting a week I found out that it never shipped. So I was forced to order AGAIN. To put a cherry on top of this horrible experience, after all of that...what was originally a two day shipment, they finally shipped my order via ground which meant another 8 days of waiting. Absolutely horrible experience. Go elsewhere.

Order came, pills were melted. Contacted their support, they support never replied. I would recommend getting a prescription to a real pharmacy, their compound did not seem like it was working. I switched to a real pharmacy and the results are night and day

So far so good. I’m doing the Enclomiphene treatment and it is more affordable than other companies doing the same thing. The chats with the doctor are easier as well. They are available when you need.
