I found the product I wanted via a Google search. What made me buy from The Electrical Counter was the promise of next day delivery. However, this is where it got confusing. After I added the in stock item to my basket the system then told me that it would be 3-5 business days delivery, and that packers only picked Mon-Fri, possibly adding another 2 days to my Thursday purchase.
I continued with the purchase because even though there could have been a delay, I couldn’t get it anywhere else sooner.
The reason I’m giving 5 stars is because even though there delivery information is not only contradictory, but confusing, the item did get delivered within 48 hours.
