Really happy with this company – super easy to get in touch with, the products have been spot on, and communication’s been great throughout. I had a problem with two of the light switches but they sent out replacements within 24 hours, which was brilliant. Only small gripe is that the postage costs feel a bit high.

Bought an extra light and some extensions cable for the lights for existing outdoor lights. Previous supplier didn’t sell the brand anymore so was happy to find this company . Products are exactly what I wanted.

Got a dimmer and it stopped working after a week. I went to return it to just get a replacement & the return process isn’t worth the hassle, looks like I need to find a printer in town somewhere to print off the return form to send it back along with the switch and then I need to wait until they test the product to see if I’m trying to cheat them (that’s what reading the return blurb felt like) & I imagine then if I’m not I think that’s when I get my replacement.

I should’ve just used Amazon, the cost of taking time off from work (self employed) to find a printer and going and doing it will cost more than the switch (£9.99 I think it was)

I’ve thrown it the bin & will stick to eBay & Amazon in the future to avoid this sort of thing.

I’m sure the guys at electrical counter are great & id rather give these types of business’s my money but if something goes wrong it can turn into a bit of an escapade.
