I contacted The EC as I needed to replace my ceiling down lights and I was unsure of the fitting etc. Lottie came back to me very quickly and said that they were unsure but would contact Ovia with my details, another quick response back from Lottie and they put me on the right track with full pdf information on what I needed. I placed the order and they arrived a few days later. I have connected them up and they look fabulous. Thank you for your great help and I recommend this company to all.

The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. I place a big order late Sunday night only to realise 1st thing Monday I'd missed the first line off my list. I phoned and told my tale of woe and the extra bits were put on a new order, zero delivery charge and dispatch informed so they could put them all in one box, which they did. And this happened in the most friendly way too. After the order arrived some items were on back order, due in a few days, and I found another mistake I'd made. I phoned and asked if it was possible to add a missing item to the back order items, again they helpfully did this too. I'd give them 6 stars if I could as this level of service is exceptional.
