Ce sont des voleurs! La compagnie de Ferry Blue Star a annulé le transport retour que j'avais déjà payé et refuse de me le rembourser. J'ai été dans l'obligation de prendre le bateau d'une autre compagnie laquelle était deux fois plus chère. Cette agence de réservation ainsi que la compagnie ont donc encaissé mon argent contre rien du tout alors que j'avais payé un service de transport à l'origine. L'annulation étant de leur fait, ils auraient dû me rembourser. J'ai fait intervenir un médiateur de service consommateurs mais l'agence et la compagnie restent hermétiques et demeurent dans la toute-puissance. Je vais devoir les attaquer en justice car c'est inadmissible de les laisser agir ainsi en toute impunité.

Some of the ferries were delayed, but had no trouble with booking and reservation. Overall, it's an easy service to use and they tend to help you with your problems quickly. I recommend the service.

"Indifferent customer service"
My outward trip from Piraeus to Hydra was ok, although I found the service brusque and officious and not very friendly.
Two days before I was booked to return to Piraeus I was sent a text informing me that my ferry was cancelled due to a seaman's strike. I managed - just in time - to find the ticket office in Hydra Port and transfer my ticket to one 24 hours earlier.
Not only was my holiday on the island cut short by a day (admittedly not the fault of the ferry company) but I then had to spend a night in a hotel in Athens, which cost me an additional 69 euros that I could ill afford. I was told by the company that I would receive no compensation, because the terms and conditions stated this to be the case.
I think this is unfair, and it left a sour note on an otherwise lovely holiday.

"Cancelled without notice"
My ferry was cancelled and I received no emails or any other notice. I had to find out directly from the ticket office, and buy new tickets on the spot for 150€ extra. Very disappointing.

"Les ferries emprunter ont ruiné nos vacances"
Les horaires n ont absolument pas ete respecter la premier fois nous a fait perdre une apres midi et une soiree et la seconde a ete avancer sans nous prévenir nous avions louer des hôtels et des voitures que nous n avons pas utiliser.
Sans parler du retard on nous avait pris notre place attitrer par d autre voyageur et personnes pour les déloger . Un cappuccino prit dans le ferries a 5 euros et meme pas bon un calvaire ces deux voyages en ferries on ruiné nos vacances nous nous rabaterons en avions la prochaine fois

"Terrible all around"
Terrible service. Always late. Ferries would go from a 3hr trip to 6hr. No structure. Chaotic getting on and off the boat. But there were 8 people yelling at you to move forward when there is a car in front of you, but no structure before or after that. Nasty bathrooms. Zero services on board. Have to pay for wifi. They changed plans a lot but no notifications.

"Islands Hop"
I used the service between 3 Islands, and I was satisfied in general about the services. Some delays occurred, but was acceptable in a way. The only comments I have is when the boarding start, the way it's organized, is not very safe, were cars and passengers all board together, without a specific place for pedestrian, for me this is the only concern I have. Other then that my expectations was met. Another point is we cannot get the electronic Boarding pass on all Ferries, and we had to go to the offices to print with a charge, That is very big inconvenient.
