I am a first time customer and was having a hard timing confirming my tickets but Arden is customer support helped me through it and I had to download mlb ballpark to get the tickets. Thanks Arden your the goat.

I bought these tickets 2 months in advance. The tickets were supposed to be emailed to me by the day before the event. They did not arrive. I called a total of 5 times and 3 chats to be told that my original tickets were not available. I was offered a cheaper ticket in place of the original. After several more hours, I still had not received my tickets. It was only after filing a dispute with Paypal did I get my tickets. I will never buy from these people again.

Irene was AMAZING! My husband and I tried everything we could to get our tickets, including calling your 1-800 number, and didn't get anywhere with a human. We tried the chat on both of our phones and had no luck with that either. We then tried one last time on our computer, and we got a real human being instead of a bot, and she was a lifesaver. She did everything she could to get us our tickets on our honeymoon trip. I truly appreciate how much she cared to work on the issue until she got it resolved, including reaching out to her for support. Thanks again Irene! :)

The tickets they send you will not be in your name with the venue, so if you have any problems venues will not be able to do anything for you. Do not purchase from them, go through venues directly & educate the less internet-savvy people in your life.
