"Horrible company"

Horrible company. Horrible, horrible, horrible. What would have been $320 for four tickets directly from Sight and Sound in Branson ended up costing $730.67 from these sharks. Their break down was $548 for four tickets plus a "service" fee of $178, totaling $730.67. I never saw an iitemized receipt until I inquired today. They had sent me three emails encouraging me to print the tickets. My fault is that I thought I was dealing directly with Sight and Sound theater. Don't make this mistake. Horrible horrible horrible company.

"This site falsely advertised that…"

This site falsely advertised that there’s only 1% of tickets left and then up charges a ridiculous amount. Tickets that on other sites are $50-80 are $150 on this site. I would not recommend.

"Taken advantage of and ripped off"

I purchased tickets to Champions Of Magic a month before the show. The night of the event the set me a text saying my tickets were unavailable. When I talked to the… I was told that my tickets were resold. The replacement tickets that I was given were terrible seats worth very little… The tickets I purchased were Amazing (center stage in the pit 4th row).

After hiring a babysitter and planning my entire month around the event… and receiving last minute notice about the ticketing issue…

I had no choice but to except these crappy tickets or wait my entire evening….

I was compensated $100 and replacement tickets worth $97….

for tickets thy were worth over $1500.
Worst experience ever… If you put value in your money and having quality seats…Please never use their services… I know I won’t ever use their service again…

So disappointed!

"I’ve just went thru a most horrible…"

I’ve just went thru a most horrible experience with this purchase thru Go Tickets. Bought on line 2 tickets $460 for Shen Yun April 19, 2025 show. Bought it on April 4, they sent me an email to confirm that I’ll receive a mobile ticket thru my email on April 17. No email came until April 19, the day the show starts. I finally got thru the rep after multiple phone calls. They told me to go the box office at the show and pick up the tickets at will-call window under my name. Just to prevent from the long drive there, I called the box office to check and found out my name is nowhere to be found in their system. I called Go Ticket back and they told me just go there anyway and no tickets at the box office under my name to pickup. Waste a whole day and really felt bad for my wife with all the preps and excitements all morning.I believe I just have gotten scammed.
Please, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The site doesn't say purchase tickets or complete sale-just keeps saying continue which causes a purchase when you're not ready. Called the immediately & refused refund. Disputed thru credit card & was denied. DO NOT USE THEM.

The absolute worst transaction of my life.
We ordered tickets for an event in SEPTEMBER and received tickets for an event in APRIL.
We were out of the country and could never have gone in APRIL.

Did they listen? NO
Did they care? NO
WHAT EASILY COULD’VE BEEN AN EXCHANGE FOR THEIR MISTAKE… NO WAY. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE F RATING

"Absolute dog crap company"

Absolute dog crap company. I buy tickets and a parking pass from them and the parking pass that they give me starts an hour before the event which means you can’t park for the pregame or any of the other stuff I contact them. All I get is an automated response saying all sales are final Huge joke.

In my experience, gotickets.com is a scam. I ordered two tickets to an event. They said that the tickets would be delivered the day before the event. The tickets never came. I contacted them early the day before through their chat. It was a bot that gave no information. I tried the phone number, and again it was a bot that gave no information. I was unable to talk to a person. On the chat, I believe that at some point I got to a real person, but they just said something to the effect that customer support would contact me. There were never any tickets. I tried to contact them via email after the event date passed and eventually did receive a response saying that they had "documentation" that I received the tickets. They didn't provide any such documents. They also offered me a 10% discount if I purchased more tickets. I asked for a full refund and that was that last communication that I had with gotickets.com. I should add that I also called the venue directly about the tickets. I told them I purchased two ticket through gotickets.com, and they immediately said “you need to call your credit card company.” Lesson learned. Don’t risk it.

"I was ripped off by Go Ticket"

I paid double the box-office price for tickets to a marariachi concert at the Linda Ronstadt Concert Hall in Tucson. I was carless when I accepted the charges for my credit card. I did not know I was on Go Tickets website since when previously buying tickets for this theatre it was handled by Ticketmaster with a modest fee.
Facts are these; face value of tickets if I purchased at the box office - $95. I purchased 4 tickets through Go Tickets on 4/9/25 for $761.71 . On 4/15/25 I reviewed the ticket purchase and realized I had paid too much. I contacted Go Tickets through their chat process. I asked for a breakdown of the costs.
Ticket cost: $572.00
Service Fee: $183.76
Delivery Fee: $5.95
Taxes: 0
Total: $761.71
I managed to reach a real person in customer service and requested a refund. I was told that nothing could be done since they were not the reseller and the no refund policy was clear. Earlier that same day, 6 days after I bought my tickets, I spoke to the theatre box office and determined that there were still 1200 seats for the concert still unsold.
I feel I was ripped off very badly by Go Tickets. I paid double for the tickets that I would have paid $380.00 for at the box-office. Their service fee of $45.94 per ticket, $183.76 total, is ridiculously high. The additional profit of $48.00 per ticket, $192.00 total, is egregiously excessive. However it was my own fault by not being more careful when ordering the tickets. I will be 90 in June. Lesson learned!
