"Very misleading company"

Very misleading company. Paid google placement to be the first site on the list for concert ticket. Paid 2x the value of the tickets. No way to get a refund.

First, this is my fault for not paying closer attention, because this is 100% a scam. I was searching tickets in between meetings for a local triple A baseball game and i thought i was going straight to their tickets... i should have known better. The tickets showed up as $20 each. While thats still good, i figured they had gone up like everything else. I then paid more than $30 in fees and that $80 soon went to $112. But it was a night out for us and the kids and we bit the bullet.
I went back to try and find their site to see any events or specials for tonight and saw that the tickets were only $12. with no additional fees and no mobile transfer. I paid more than double the cost. How do these companies still exist?
I thought I was buying the actual tickets, not resale. Not only did they mark up the price more than 80% they charged more than $30 in fees. What would have been less than $50 for this family of 4, it cost $112.

I hate getting screwed, but it always teaches me a lesson. AND i will educate as many people as possible about my mistake and this horrible company.

I just purchased 2 tickets thinking I was on the event site. The website rushes you by telling you you only have ten minutes to place the order. So, I rushed to buy when i should have waited. I payed double the event site price plus a heavy surcharge. The tickets were in the last row i found out later to boot. I was not able to reach a person although I've been calling and trying to get through on their website.

Not a fan. Will never order from this site again! Bought 2 tickets that I thought were good seats but was contacted a day before the concert and told those tickets “were no longer available “. Offered 2 tickets in back of the building with a refund for price difference (which was a big difference). If I had wanted those cheaper tickets, I would have purchased them in the first place.

I purchased presale tickets. When the actual tickets went on sale I compared the prices. I got 4 presale tickets through gotickets for $451.00 the actual ticket prices when they went on sale would of costed me $252.00. That is absurd!!! The customer service is horrible. I chatted with a few people and it took 10 minutes or longer for responses back from them. I brought up how much more expensive I regret using their services. Now I just hope I get my actual tickets before the show.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I bought tickets and was charged $200 more than advertised. Then, no tickets provided. A "customer service" agent called to try to get me to accept inferior tickets. Per the user agreement, I am suppose to be able to cancel if no seller accepts within 12 hours. I cancelled, only to receive a phantom "confirmation" after cancellation. Still no tickets. Total scam.
