"Charge 4X the price for the wrong parking lot"
Used this site to buy parking for the Metallica concert in Foxboro. Picked my section which showed as lot 3 and paid an exorbitant amount thinking I was paying for close parking. Received the email with the pass and it was for another lot over 1/2 a mile away. I’ve sent several emails and it’s always someone else’s fault; it’s the fault of a third party, or it’s my fault because the site supposedly said the parking can be up 1.5 miles away. I wish I had a screen shot of the thing I thought I was buying. It showed lot 3 highlighted on the map.

"My experience with GoTickets"
My experience with GoTickets was an interesting journey. In the beginning I was having trouble finding my ticket transfer information email. I got scared and thought I was scammed for a bit. But it turned out that my email box was full so I never received the email because I simply couldn’t. After I cleared some space in my inbox, I reached out to GoTickets, Urgent Support, Live Chat Services and talked to Sari D. They were very kind and helpful. I asked if they could resend the ticket transfer email again and they immediately did! I was so happy to get the tickets. The Live chat Service was so useful and I’m glad to have chatted with Sari D. Overall not a bad experience at all!

"Horrible Experience"
Horrible Experience. Had to spend an hour on text support to get my tickets for the Postcard for Earth at the Sphere Las Vegas. Their app kept saying I was a bot and wouldn't allow the tickets to be viewed. When they finally fixed it, they offered a 10% discount on future purchases if I left a 5 Star Review on this site.... What???? The lady they helped me was nice but I'd avoid this site/service at all cost!!!!

Max did a great job helping me access my tickets on TM and got my URL to work by changing from WIFI to cellular data
Max followed up by phone to make sure the transfer was successful
Max was courteous and responsive - he was excellent in helping me and very pleasant/thorough. Thanks, again, Max!
