Do NOT use this site!! I bought 2 show tickets for what turned out to be way over price and was never able to open the link to receive them. I called three times the day of the show, was assured I would receive them in time for the show, and never did. We were not able to attend. Very poor customer service. I would rate a 0 if I could. Not acceptable at all.

i was a terrible experience. i paid through pay pal and the event was cancelled through not of my own fault, pay pal has a rule they wont accept refunds after a 180 days of purchase which is weird to begin with. So go tickets cannot send a check for the money 606.82 we lost that they keep now. They offered a store credit instead which i never received. They said that i would receive a code to place an order but there is nothing on website to use the code, DO NOT EVER BUY TICKETS THROUGH PAY PAL IN CASE THE EVENT IS CANCELLED AFTER 180 DAYSOF PURCHASE, GO TICKETS WILL NOT REFUND BY CHECK SO THEY GET TO KEEP OUR FUNDS OF 606.26. FORGET TRYING TO REACH BY PHONE IT IS ALL RECORDING. I HAVE NO RECORSE

This company never sent me the I originally purchased with ticket master. When I called to get my money back. They said no because they have confirmation that they sent it even though I never received them and they even told me I never accessed the tickets, but they still refused to give me back my money. They claim 100% money back which is 100% false. How do they get away with this. They are a scam company.

I give a 1 because I cannot give a 0. BEWARE. What they don't tell you upfront is that if an event or concert is "rescheduled" you will not be refunded. Our event was "rescheduled" NOT CANCELLED, and neither Go Tickets or the insurance they sell (Global Allianz) will return your money. As for me, I will NEVER EVER purchase tickets with this venue. Try to buy them directly.
