"Huge Markup"

Huge Markup, predatory advertised on google. I accidentally paid 200% the price of the ticket and it was sold before the event was actually open. It is my fault for just clicking the google results and not going through the artist's website. They do not do refunds.

I purchase 5 tickets to gator nationals in gainsville Florida for my handicap father, sick wife, my twins and me. The event got rainout so we weren't able to go. Contact go tickets 7 different times about getting a refund which I pay for the extra insurance if this happen. They said there is nothing they do but keep my money. This company is a fraud. Very unhappy with them. 550 dollars is alot to steal.

bought 4 tickets months ago and got screwed out of them because this company sells u tickets they don’t even own yet themselves. they NEVER told me or contacted me and i had to make multiple calls on the DAY OF THE GAME and they tried to work something out but it STILL didn’t work out and i had to buy tickets AT THE GAME. super unprofessional and it’s very stupid to first of all sell someone tickets that u don’t even OWN, and second of all not contact the buyer to let them know. it would’ve been okay if they let me know. i was in shambles for the whole saturday thanks to this company. yes i do understand that people have used this before and it works, sure, but it’s NOT WORTH THE RISK. use someone else

"Never again!"

I have never in my life been more frustrated with a business. I paid almost $500 for tickets and lost access to my email, making it impossible to claim the tickets. I've literally called, chatted and emailed 100s of times with no success. All I needed was to have the email sent to an available email address. This company is a scam as far as I can tell. After telling me what the order was, they said they had no record. But they did charge my card

"Gotickets is a Ripoff! Stay away! "

I will never ever buy tickets from Gotickets again. I purchased tickets and paid extra for Row H main floor and ended up with tickets in Row N. Big difference - 6 rows back from H. I am so disappointed as it was a present for my Mom who is a huge fan of the artist. GOTICKE IS A RIP OFF!

This is very scammy. It’s set up to look like the real thing. Extremely deceptive marketing for what seems like a rip off. Customer service is robots that help nothing but your frustration. They should not be allowed to advertise on google. This is what’s wrong with America right now. Scammy middle men that offer no real value for their own personal greed. Don’t support these kind of companies. I was forced too.

Kaye the person at customer support didn’t respond when I told them that I purchased tickets for a Griffins game but received tickets for a Volleyball game. I filed a complaint with BBB. They basically told me to kick rocks. You can purchase tickets and then they can change the event!? Fraud! When I first contacted customer support and received an automated messaged that said “for the Griffins game on (5/2/25)” there isn’t a Griffins game in (5/2)!? I have screen shots and a screen recording of the fraudulent link and purchase. I’m out $245.

I bought a ticket to park at American Airlines Center, their map wasn't even close to accurate. The lot was actually on the other side of the Interstate highway.

The price listed was $9, my receipt listed $18+. The "ticket" is a resale.
