"They charge exorbitant "service" fees"

They charge exorbitant "service" fees. We were charged $90 PER TICKET for the tickets and they added another $30 fee for parking. They apparently buy up tickets and then resell for WAY TOO MUCH. I can't believe the AMP allows this practice. I went to the link from the venue's site (Ticketmaster) and there was little availability and prices were WAY lower than those offered by GoTickets. BEWARE!

"STAY AWAY - Never Received Tickets and Support is Non-existent"

I purchased 2 tickets to Dead & Co at the The Sphere and when the link was provided to download my tickets, it showed they had already been claimed by someone. I called the support number only to find you cannot speak to anyone live and it just provides recorded answers to FAQs. I emailed support and the next day received a reply with another link to download the tickets - the same issue again, saying they had already been claimed. I went back and forth with support via email for over a week, and provided screen shots of the issue. Each time I waited about 24 hours for a reply, and got the same prompt instructions to try downloading the tickets again, to no avail. Eventually, I requested a refund as the tickets were clearly stolen/intercepted and at that point support stopped responding altogether. I have emailed them 4x over the last week, and not received a single reply. There is no option to speak to someone live, and when I asked for a refund, they completely ceased all communication. Clearly there are security issues with their platform, and in the event you do have an issue, their support is not equipped to handle anything outside of issues addressed in their FAQ. I also tried to track down someone more senior via LinkedIn only to find that there are not any Sr level employees listed on the platform. This appears to be a shady fly by night operation and I would steer clear of doing business with them unless you are comfortable losing your money.

"Bait and Switch "

On 03/04, my daughter wanted to see the musical Annie. I was able to find tickets in row A in the balcony. We were all so excited and couldn't wait till 03/21. It seemed so strange to learn we wouldn't get the tickets till the morning of the show. At 2pm that day, we learned that the tickets we purchased were not available. We ended up in row N, not row A. I call this a bait and switch type of transaction. The sell me tickets in row A, but on the day of the event, we are in row N. Our view was going to be fantastic.

"This is a scam"

This is a scam. I have used stubhub and others, pay for my tickets and receive them. This company holds my money and says they will deliver right before the event. Unacceptable business practice and do not state any of this up front. I have reached out to my CC company to not pay. Impossible to get in contact with this company and received stock email response, saying it is there policy to not give refunds. Very bad business do not work with them.

"1000% a Scam."

1000% a Scam.
Tried to order tickets direct from the venue but they had a shitty pop-up that looked exactly like the venues page and when i clicked to purchase tickets it redirected me to gotickets. I have since gone to the proper webpage url and tried and it does *NOT* link to gotickets. On top of the shady bullshit i had to deal with, the listed ticket price was 70$ (direct from the venue its 30+8 in NONE HIDDEN FEES) but on GoTickets the scam page the 70$ turned into 110 by the time they got my card info, they basicly told me 'tough shit' when i tried to get a refund, luckily i bought ticket insurance cause i was worried, so now i gotta file a claim with them, if that doesnt work, my bank absolutely will make it right with a charge back. Will be contacting the BBB about them as well on monday.

"I wasn’t able to retrieve my tickets…"

I wasn’t able to retrieve my tickets and open my account on tickets . Com and Alex took her time and she was so patient with me going through everything one by one. Thanks to her I got my tickets downloaded on app wallet . Thank you Alex you were great 👍🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

"Terrible experience"

Terrible experience. Tickets difficult to obtain. No support available - did not answer phone, chat unusable. Ultimately did get ticket but wiht such a delay had already purchased tickets for same performance from box office.

DO NOT USE.
